this is just my little corner of the internet! there is no real "main goal" for my website---i just want to express myself on the indie web, share my art, and keep teaching myself HTML and CSS :p

i've been teaching myself HTML out of spite after wanting to take an all-majors web design course at my uni that didn't actually teach you how to code, instead opting to "teach" you how to prompt generative AI to give you code that works. i quite frankly fucking hate AI and refused to enroll in that course despite it being the most accessible means of learning web design for me, because... why would i just learn how to relegate that to a damn robot?

with that in mind, i do want to note that much of the code here is borrowed from other, much more adept webmasters! of course, a great deal of it is my own hand-coded efforts as well, but i want to shout out everyone online who provides HTML and CSS tutorials to the public; y'all are amazing!
